We're basically an app in the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace, so our mission is to help about 10% of their customers who need enhanced reporting. We do that by providing a cloud-native SaaS data and reporting platform in the same AWS regions that Genesys supports globally. So what do we do?
- Build and maintain the SaaS platform.
- Sell subscriptions to Genesys customers primiarly on their paper through the AppFoundry marketplace.
- Provide onboarding an ongoing support to over 300 customers globally.
