Hi, we’re Gravie. We improve the way employers offer health benefits and provide employees coverage they can actually use. We’re looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator - Temp with an operational focus to join the Finance Team in our corporate office in downtown Minneapolis.
You will:
· Data entry into the Gravie’s Claim System
· Audit the Employer Billing Rates, Financial Set up, and Invoices
· Help support the claims payment process
· Coordinate with other Operation teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems
· Contribute to various Finance and Accounting projects as needed.
· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
You bring:
· College or University Degree or equivalent
· 1 year of relevant work experience
· Proficient in Excel and technology (V-lookups; pivot tables, etc.)
· Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills
· Enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
· Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide solutions
