Finix is seeking someone to establish and grow the performance marketing group within our broader Marketing team. The Director, Performance Marketing will set the strategic direction and execution of lead generation across multiple channels such as social media, email, and search. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this person will have experience running multi-million dollar a year ad campaigns, a knack for analytics, and familiarity with SEO principles.
