Position Summary: 
 
The Business Analyst will support the development and execution of World-Class product commercialization strategy leveraging data and analytics to guide the assessment of market viability, cost to achieve, return on investment, competitive force impact and more. This role will partner with key stakeholders in both the assessment of relevant product commercial viability data and the development of commercialization strategy. By leveraging strong commercial experience coupled with the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of impactful data this role plays a key role in the decision-making process associated with product commercialization initiatives. 
 
Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Partner with key stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sale teams to evaluate current and future product technology, remaining aligned with industry and customer expectation trends to ensure Stanley remains ahead of the disruption curve</li>
	<li>Leverage various resources to lead the collection and analysis of competitive force data associated with assigned product commercialization initiatives, reporting data and providing recommendations to leadership.</li>
	<li>Lead collection and analysis of market viability data associated with assigned product commercialization initiatives, leveraging industry trend data, assessment of target verticals, voice of customer data, and more to provide recommendations to leadership regarding the market viability of new products/solutions.</li>
	<li>Lead return on investment analysis associated with assigned product commercialization initiatives and provide strategic recommendations to ensure commercialized products support the organization&rsquo;s effort to achieve its revenue and operating margin targets.</li>
	<li>Partner with key stakeholders to create and present comprehensive commercial launch strategies including, but not limited to, the creation of marketing strategy, staffing/headcount impact and cost roadmap, product evolution roadmap (minimum viable product through finished product), target vertical identification, target market identification, pricing roadmap, and more.</li>
	<li>Create and present Data, findings, and interpretations to leadership to guide decision-making</li>
	<li>Partner with stakeholders in the evaluation of solution sourcing pipelines including those that are developed third-party, organic, and acquisitive.</li>
	<li>Act in a proactive capacity to identify internal/external barriers to successful commercialization and partners with stakeholders to break down barriers to execution</li>
	<li>Partner with Product, Program, and Project managers to ensure established commercialization timelines are achieved.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills:

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree</li>
	<li>5+ years of previous experience leading high-tech product commercialization initiatives, including SaaS solutions, within a complex, matrix organization.</li>
	<li>5+ years of experience leading the management of product portfolios and execution of product initiatives in a global environment.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:

	<li>MBA a strong plus</li>
	<li>Comprehensive understanding of projected Financial/Budgetary performance of a future product/project and ability to read financial statements</li>
	<li>Outstanding organization skills</li>
	<li>Must possess strong interpersonal skills</li>
	<li>Must possess world-class communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively meet communication needs of individuals at all levels of the organization</li>

	<li>Ability to manage Company-Wide Initiatives</li>

This role is remote with option to work in an office as needed and will require occasional travel. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business. role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position will require travel and overnight trips.
