About the Job:

As E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop Blue Bottle Coffee Tmall channel business to achieve brand growth and business target. Drive business growth and market share acceleration through strong customer management and best-in-class executions of consumer-end.

You will

  • Manage overall Tmall store operations, plan and execute online campaigns in order to achieve business targets
  • Work with cross-functional to design and plan business promotion calendar with KPI setting
  • Manage TP for operation excellence through effectively planning & execution
  • Work with logistics team to keep order fulfillment rate and appropriate stock forecasting
  • Analyze and monitor daily store operations, identify risks and propose specific solutions and take actions
  • Supervise customer service, constantly optimize user interaction and seek for better user experience

You are

  • Familiar with Tmall store operations, promotion models, campaign planning and category management
  • Familiar marketing tools on Tmall platform with experience of transaction data analysis
  • Capable of planning different campaigns and promotions on Tmall store according to the market needs
  • Able to develop and maintain long term relationships with the counterpart of Tmall platform
  • A team player with patience, result-driven with a hands-on approach

You have

  • 5+ years of successful business experience in E-Commerce
  • Growth mindset, good sense of digital and online market
  • The capability of 3rd Party Agency Management
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external
  • Strong execution skills, ability to quickly team
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to manage pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • Last but not the least, passion for the Blue Bottle Coffee brand
