For our technical support management services, we offer hourly rates or monthly agreements in the form of managed services contracts with no long term commitments. From our largest clients to our smallest, all of our agreements are month-to-month. Our remote management capabilities allow us to fix 94% of our client's IT issues without having to come onsite. We also proactively monitor their networks behind the scenes. We can manage their network security, backup procedures, hard drive space, memory, and overall computer health for individual users, all done remotely.
