Our mission is to connect students with engaging programs that ignite their passions. We do that by enabling schools to partner with great afterschool program providers in their communities.
Afterschool enrichment programs create learning opportunities that students look forward to year after year. Students get to participate in programs they choose, which creates additional incentives for better in-school performance. Students discover their gifts and talents while creating close bonds with peers who share their passions.

AfterSchool HQ aims to get more children in afterschool activities through our free online platform that allows parents to find, register, and pay for activities. Through the platform, schools and providers are able to collect payment, take attendance, and message parents.
- Online Registration: Flyers have a way of not making it home. Parents find your programs online, so students never miss an opportunity.
- Parent Messaging: Use email or text messaging to keep parents informed about last minute changes or pick-up times. Communicate with all parents or just one.
- Lottery: You have many students but limited seats. Our lottery system places students in activities randomly based on their preferences.
- Online Payment: Teachers and front office staff no longer need to handle cash or checks. We deliver the money to you in one itemized check or direct deposit.
- Check In & Attendance: Keep a record of which students are in your program. Remind parents to pick up their children at the designated time.
- Manage Leagues & Sessions: Sometimes you need to manage groups of activities or a sports league. We’ve got you covered.
