AwayZone is a travel app that will provide a quicker and easier connection between business owners and service providers of culturally specific goods and services to the consumers who are seeking those items. Business owners and service providers that represent a racial, ethnic or religious minority in the U.S. have limited marketing and advertising budgets. Therefore, these owners are more disadvantaged with targeting and finding new customers. The lack of promotion creates a breach between business owners and consumers especially those who are seeking culturally specific products, goods, and services. Consumers of a racial, ethnic or religious minority spend a lot of time "researching" for their culturally specific products and services because of the aforementioned breach.
