We’re a passionate Indianapolis-based team of ex-nonprofit professionals, volunteers, donors and technology leaders committed to helping nonprofits fuel their missions. Our team is driven by a curiosity to find new ways to improve the giving experience and solve for the future needs of nonprofits.

Who does well at your company?

People who take initiative over their work. You can't sit around and wait to be told what to do. This means my role comes with both autonomy and responsibility - but this makes me take that much more ownership over my work and I end the day being really proud of my team.
