Christopher Kemper founded Palmetto Clean Technology on February 2, 2010. It has its headquarters in Charleston in South Carolina with additional offices in San Francisco in California, Sea Girt in New Jersey, Charlotte in North Carolina, the District of Columbia, and Greenville in South Carolina.
