Reviewbox is a SaaS application. We help manufacturers and brands monitor key e-commerce data on Amazon, Walmart, and other retailers every day on a per SKU level. Capabilities include: * Monitor and respond to reviews and customer questions on Amazon and other major retail sites * Team-oriented workflow and automatic sentiment and topic tagging * Integrations with Bazaarvoice, Amazon Vendor Central, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack * Enforce MAP, be notified of buy box changes (merchant, availability), 3P prices, and sales rank * Get notifications of PDP content (title, images, bullet features, A+ status) changes and verify that content is consistent across retailers * Track where products are ranking on search keywords and increase your share of the digital shelf.
