As a Product Operations Analyst you will support our Product teams as you ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently. You will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases. You will be responsible for managing this data and keeping it organized.

What you'll be doing:

• Input data received from various teams within the organization
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Serve as the primary user and subject matter expert for Sure’s internal tools
• Maintain regular communications with key team members across the organization
• Develop data-driven business insights and work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and recommend prioritization of product, growth, and optimization initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Undergraduate degree
• You’re accurate and pay close attention to detail. You own your work and take charge on projects when needed
• Experience with Liquid, Markdown or other templating languages
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Effective prioritization is a must
• You have a desire to learn and are a highly motivated self-starter
