Tend’s Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role on our team and must be a passionate, service oriented team member who is committed to our values, our brand principles and delivering exceptional service to our members. The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator will work in collaboration with management, providers and clinical staff to earn the trust of our members by personalizing their appointments and clinical care.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the studio suite for Tend members and play an integral part of the member experience flow
• Take high quality digital iTero scans, panoramic x-rays, and intra-oral orthodontic photographs to collect diagnostic data
• Coordinate Breezy Braces care plans, including assessments and initial evaluations
• Prepare the member for orthodontic treatment by setting expectations and creating a welcoming, comforting environment
• Coordinate with Regional Director of Operations, Studio Management and Orthodontists to achieve monthly case start goals
• Build relationships with general dentistry teams to generate qualified internal referrals
• Communicate oral hygiene plans as directed by the doctor
• Document completed procedures and recommendations
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Protect members and other team members by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Qualifications

• Must hold any state-required certifications, registrations, or licenses for Orthodontic Assistants
• Previous experience with iTero scanning strongly preferred
• Sales and hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to organize sequential comprehensive treatment plans between multiple specialties
• Ability to travel between multiple studios throughout the market as needed
• Excellent customer service and member experience skill
