The Associate Manager, Strategy position is a unique role where you will work with Tinder's leadership to evaluate, synthesize, and form perspectives that directly impact critical decision-making. We are looking for someone who runs towards complex problems to tackle, is known for being creative, and isn't scared to roll up their sleeves to get things to the finish line. In this role, you will:

• Conduct analysis including industry landscapes, product and feature analyses, and generating insights about our critical strategic metrics.
• Assist in developing and planning product strategy, user growth strategies, and Trust and Safety narrative.
• Evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems with data, analysis, and market research
• Identify, capture and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively.
• Analyze global consumer trends and competitive landscape in partnership with cross-functional leaders
• Implement independently and efficiently; advance multiple projects with opposing deadlines.

We're looking for:

• At least 2+ years of professional working experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, finance, and/or business operations.
• An excellent communicator and experience partnering with internal team members and presenting a unified vision.
• Advanced proficiency in analysis/modeling in Excel
• Sophisticated proficiency in design and building presentations.
• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL.
• Video editing skill is a plus, not required.
