As the Facilities Associate, you will provide “hands-on” operational support for our two company-owned properties in West Hollywood, California.

_This position is based in West Hollywood and will be required to work on- site (no hybrid or remote work). _

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning daily building walkthroughs, ensuring dining, restrooms, and meeting and amenity spaces are clean and stocked with appropriate supplies
• Managing incoming/outgoing mail & packages (sorting/scanning, labeling & shipping, distribution)
• Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, including follow through and documentation
• Coordinating and scheduling vendor services
• Setting up and tearing down meeting rooms and ancillary spaces for special events, moving and relocating of office furniture
• Coordinating the purchase and inventory of supplies and reconciliation of expenses and invoices
• Assisting the Facilities Supervisor in planning and development of building related budget and special projects
• Responding 24/7 to all emergency situations impacting building operations

We could be a match if:

• You have completed your high school diploma or equivalent (GED) - an undergraduate degree a plus
• You are able to perform multiple functional tasks while extending excellent customer service
• You have prior office or related mailroom experience - facilities background preferred
• You are an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
• You are able to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• You are proficient in G Suite (Google Docs, Word, Excel, Gmail)
• You are able to lift up to 55 pounds
