We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Finance Manager, who will report to the Director of Finance for Eureka, and will be a member of the FP&A team, partnering across business teams, supporting leaders to achieve their most important initiatives and challenges.
How you’ll make an impact:
・Partner with business teams and management to identify and help manage risks and opportunities
・Maintain short and long term forecasts with robust logic that is connected to the business strategy
・Communicate your advice through effective financial storytelling
・Ad hoc finance support for projects and initiatives as well as deep dives into specific topics to help build a roadmap for future growth plans
We could be a match if you have:
・5+ years of hands-on experience in a highly analytical environment
・Background in FP&A, accounting or similar environments
・Extensive experience conducting financial analysis
・High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis, including great Excel skills
・Curiosity about the business and solving problems
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Bilingual (fluent in Japanese and English)
・Self-driven, strong business acumen; comfortable working independently
・Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
・Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or related field

・Hands-on knowledge of operating systems such as One Stream or Hyperion
・MBA or equivalent
・Experience working for a subscription service
