We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to join the Match Group team. This person will support the SVP, Finance and Vice-President, Finance in preparing regular budget and forecasting summaries for senior management, as well as Board-level and investor presentations and have responsibilities related to both financial forecasting and equity comp administration.

How you'll make an impact:

  • You will prepare ad hoc analyses regarding business and financial investment opportunities across Match Group’s portfolio companies
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to forecast, track, and report on headcount related expenses
  • You will work closely with FP&A, Tax and GL Accounting to streamline the various allocations & intercompany processes
  • You will be responsible for full cycle allocations, including forecasting allocations in OneStream and communicating actual vs forecast variances to the FP&A business units
  • You will coordinate and compile employee time based surveys for shared service, APAC & other international allocations
  • You will support team members during the annual People Planning process for all Match Group companies
  • You will run ad hoc reports and prepare various equity analyses, including those necessary for presentation at the Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings
  • You will maintain Match Group’s equity model that forecasts the dilution and tax implications of future vesting and exercise activity

We could be a match if:

  • You have 4+ years of overall financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in executive compensation with medium to large publicly traded companies, and a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a detailed-oriented approach to all work product
  • You have familiarity with all aspects of a company’s financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
  • You have prior experience managing or assisting with the management of stock-based compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and/or performance-based stock awards plus but not required
  • Experience with OneStream and Workday a plus but not required
  • Graduate degree a plus but not required
