Match Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to
help coordinate and manage purchasing projects globally.
Match Group, through its portfolio companies, is a leading provider of dating

designed to increase our users' likelihood of finding a meaningful connection.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Managing purchasing and vendor relationships through the entire lifecycle, including identifying business needs, contract negotiations, day-to-day relationship building/strengthening, and responding to escalations as needed
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on planned and achieved purchasing initiatives globally
- Implementing strategies and processes that will enable us to scale how we work with partners, including how to leverage internal intelligence regarding vendor relationships across the Match Group enterprise for shared and common services
- Working closely with stakeholders across Match Group brands and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Safety, Marketing) to identify and implement solutions to address their needs
- Working in partnership with Legal and Finance to support negotiation of cost-efficient agreements
- Coordinating with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams as it relates to payment terms and invoicing
We could be a match if:
- You have experience managing vendor relationships for a large organization
- You have previously negotiated commercial contract terms (experience with contracts where annual spend greater than $1M is preferred)
- You have excellent project management skills and experience working across various stakeholder teams to ensure deadlines are met
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to understand and meet stakeholders’ needs across a wide variety of functions
- You have strong agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, and thrive on a high level of responsibility and autonomy
- You have a high level of enthusiasm and the ability to organize large groups with different objectives
- You have 2+ years technical purchasing experience (software, hardware, SaaS, and cloud)
- You have strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- You are an excellent and confident communicator (both written and spoken)
- You have a positive attitude, are adaptable, resourceful, a team player and self-starter, someone who can work with limited oversight
- You have a Bachelor’s degree
