The position : We are looking to bring on a Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring needs.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Match Group EMEA (Meetic, Tinder, Massive Media, Hawaya, Match Group), you’ll be responsible for the candidate’s interview experience.
You will work closely with our recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting process.
You’ll be a direct and impactful presence in how Match Group is viewed as an amazing place to work.
Missions:
- Schedule and coordinate all phone, video and in-person interviews with international stakeholders
- Support and Partner with Recruiters to provide high quality experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain a smooth and efficient process at all stages of the interview process.
- Collaborate with Recruiters on projects as needed (Partnerships, Redesign existing process…)
- Participate to the hiring campaigns for interns (Meetic, Hawaya and Tinder)
- Learn how to work in a fully international scale
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
- Solutions oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities to work efficiently
- Organized and detail oriented
- Have the right level of speech according to stakeholders
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Desire and ability to work collaboratively
