We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Specialist to help define our talent technology + analytics strategy and take a leading role in its execution! You will report to and partner closely with our Sr. Manager of Recruitment Technology & Analytics on recruiting operations initiatives that will enable hiring success across our North America + global brands. This is a high-impact role that will enable the ongoing performance and competitive advantage of the Talent Acquisition function across portfolio brands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize our recruiting technology stack (Lever ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Other)
• Troubleshoot technology issues and liaise with vendor support teams
• Assist in the development and delivery of recruiting analytics
• Develop enablement resources and provide enablement for our core talent platforms to our recruiting teams
• Support vendor management and commercial relationships for core talent platforms
• Support tech stack security and privacy compliance
• Partner strongly with the TA and HR Operations teams

Your skills & experience:

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Proven experience in talent operations (technology/analytics) initiatives
• Track record of owning projects to completion, including demonstrated project management skills
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel - Tableau and Google Data Studio skills would be a bonus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort in ambiguity
• Ability to switch between tactical and strategic mindsets
