Eureka is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead one of product management teams that focuses on delivering Product Readiness for current and future features for all Eureka Products.

The team is a key driver to ensure the products are compliant or leading standards in the competitive market including but not limited to all necessary external party regulations, legal requirements, internal policies, and Trust & Safety standards. You will be a part of a fast moving innovative organization where your expertise and creativity will be appreciated and positively influence our users.

Description

• Be creative to lead the team.
• Expected to coach and mentor product managers by leveraging various tools thru both online and offline communication to support their career growth.
• A key driver to influence inclusion and collaborative project and communication management culture in the organization.
• Focus fields are Trust & Safety, Security, OS, Devise, Payment, ID, and BI.
• Set the product roadmap in the assigned fields and manage key delivering schedules accordingly by collaborating all necessary internal stakeholders.
• Required daily/weekly/monthly reports to the senior leadership and exec team in a timely fashion.
• Become a champion of the related fields internally including cross brands under Match Group.

Minimum qualification

• 5+ years of product management or product engineering experience
• Strong product sense and empathy of user needs and pain points on related feature
• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
• A team leader and a team player
• Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to success
• Ability to influence and lead via metrics and capability to work across teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
• Business-level Japanese communication skills.
• Business-level English communication skills.

Preferred qualification

• Experience working with senior executives.
• 2+ years of people management experience, especially in product management or engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey intricate ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• International company working experiences
• Experience leveraging business intelligence technologies and tools to build products and services.
