In this role, you will:

• Report to Head of Strategy at Tinder
• Conduct analysis including industry landscapes, product and feature analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics
• Assist in the development and planning of product strategy, user growth strategies and Trust and Safety narrative
• Collaborate with the product team and other internal stakeholders across the company to plan and execute both long and short-term strategic goals
• Identify, lead and analyze thoughtful and comprehensive business cases in order to evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems in a timely manner
• Execute independently and efficiently, excellent communicator and project manager
• Advance multiple projects with competing deadlines

We're looking for:

• 5+ years of strategy, finance, corporate development and/or business operations experience
• Direct experience at a global consumer internet business supporting operating/product decisions
• Must be organized, deadline-driven and an excellent communicator
• Expereince in managing a team
• Advanced proficiency in analysis/modeling in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL and data analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus
