We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us grow our business and elevate our brand perception in France and Benelux.

This role’s main priority will be the building of marketing strategy in France and Benelux and execution of go-to-market plans, in collaboration with team members across the organization. This role will also be responsible for measurement, analysis, and reporting performance of campaigns against business and marketing goals in terms of ROI and KPIs.

In this role you will:

• Develop, implement and execute the marketing strategy for Tinder in France and Benelux in line with HQ brand and strategic guidelines
• Work closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics, pre and post campaigns, to establish goals and report/track progress against business metrics
• Work cross functionally and build relationships with PR, Business Development, Social, Partnerships, Product, Design, and Content Teams in order to strengthen ideas and creative, and build holistic and effective campaigns
• Plan and execute innovative ideas (both traditional and guerilla marketing) to promote Tinder’s brand and achieve campaign metrics
• Manage agency relationships and align the overall communication strategy with key stakeholders in Europe and at Tinder HQ in Los Angeles, USA
• Operationally support local events and partnership executions
• Be fully knowledgeable on the Gen Z audience and stay current on the cultural calendar
• Set, communicate and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every project
• Monitor market trends both within the dating category as well as outside to generate insights for the localization of Tinder brand narrative in France and Benelux
• Report to the General Manager EMEA

We're looking for:

• Bachelors degree (communications, advertising, media, or related field preferred)
• At least 6+ years of experience with brand strategy
• Experience working with small and large agencies, from managing brief to 360 execution and delivery
• Strong business analytical skills, experience setting KPIs for campaigns and used to working with data and delivering strong insights/analysis
• Right brain creative thinking paired equally with left brain analytical and data-driven reasoning
• Innovative mind with innate curiosity to try and test new things
• Excellent project management skills and executional abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form and maintain enduring professional relationships, and work well in a team environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and high comfort level with ambiguity and adapting to change
• Organized, attentive-to-detail, and proactively takes initiative
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A native French speaker with an excellent command of English
