The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for leading the product design direction of the paid member experiences of Plenty of Fish on Android, iOS, Mobile Web, and Desktop Web. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, the Sr. Product Designer will contribute to the direction of our member experiences enabled by in-app purchases of subscriptions or consumable features, and how we present those matches across our Android, iOS and Web Platforms. This is a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the brand transformation of one of the largest online dating platforms in the world.

Please Note: This is a Remote-First position. You will have the option to work remotely from the Lower Mainland area, but we will require attendance at our downtown Vancouver office for quarterly planning, important meetings, team get togethers or whenever you want to "crew together" IRL!

So, what will you do?

• Design meaningful experiences that drive monetization outcomes in a way that resonates with our members
• Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to identify, define, and launch monetization opportunities
• Drive the visual, UI, and UX design for your product domain
• Lead product discovery using qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
• Collaborate with your cross-functional team to create product experiences for complex user jobs
• Advance and maintain design systems, libraries, and processes within the Monetization Squad with support from Product Design Manager

You'll be a match for this role if you have..

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack Product Designer for subscription based products, social networks or marketplace products
• Strong analytic abilities with a proven track record conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform their design decisions
• Self-starter that is passionate about designing experiences that help our members find their happily ever after

It's a bonus if you have..

• Familiarity or direct experience with the Jobs to be Done Framework
• Experience driving continuous discovery
• Working in a high paced startup or growth team
• Experience conducting A/B or multivariate tests
