As the Sr Program Manager, Comp Analytics for Match Group, you will serve as
the internal analytics expert using data to inform compensation decisions,
evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation programs, and optimize
processes to maintain the integrity of the compensation philosophy.
How you’ll make an impact:
- You will act as an internal consultant to various business partners providing analytics support for equity, executive, and broad-based compensation projects
- You will work with members of the People team to understand underlying questions behind requests and make recommendations to deliver meaningful insights
- You will monitor the effectiveness of current compensation programs, and perform ad hoc analysis to make recommendations aimed at optimizing our compensation programs
- You will assist in preparing materials for Comp Committee and Board of Directors meetings
- You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and stock plan partners to provide data and help prepare compensation related materials for various stakeholders
- You will provide guidance to other members of the People Team by advising on data-driven compensation decisions and emerging trends
We could be a match if:
- You have at least 7 years of experience analyzing data and using it to tell stories that inform equity, executive, and broad-based compensation decisions in a global public company, preferably in the tech industry (experience in a multi-brand or highly matrixed organization would be ideal)
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a deep interest in analyzing data to drive sound decision-making
- You have proficient knowledge of effective data visualization techniques
- You are able to create presentations to share with senior executives recommending compensation proposals, programs and policies
- Your strengths are problem solving, effective communication, and leveraging data to help influence leadership
- You are comfortable operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, and you’re good at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or other related discipline
