We're looking for a Sr. QA Engineer who can ensure, protect, and improve the quality of the Match brand apps and engineering systems while helping define and grow the standards of our QA team.

We’re based in Dallas, TX. However, we are open to considering a remote office for a qualified candidate who can travel periodically to Dallas (when safe to do so).

How you'll make an impact:

• You’ll work to ensure high quality, timely releases of product features by collaborating with the engineering and business teams
• You’ll help our cross-functional engineering team document, organize, track and prioritize known issues
• You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement automated testing workflows for our apps and engineering systems
• Along the way you’ll build test cases, organize and configure our testing environments, and help establish best practices used by high-performing QA teams
• You’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to assist our offshore team with test execution and result tracking

We could be a match if:

• You have a BS or BA (Computer Science or Information Systems strongly preferred)
• You have 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience
• You have 3+ years large enterprise or internet service business experience
• You have experience with mobile apps testing in iOS and Android platform
• You have experience with backend/database testing using Microsoft SQL Server
• You have experience with API testing and tools used for API testing such as Postman, Fiddler, or Charles
• You have experience testing windows services and SQL Jobs
• You have experience using Git (Git command and Github enterprise experience required)
• You have the ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications
• You have experience with QA tools including bug/defect tracking systems; test management software such as JIRA, Excel, TFS, etc.
• You are comfortable in an agile and highly collaborative team environment where success often means adapting to change and working with concurrent timelines
• You bring creative problem solving to team settings and individual work
• You have experience with automation testing tools for mobile apps
