As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll drive the recruitment process and candidate experience for technical roles across Match, Match Affinity, and Match Group.

How you’ll make an impact:

• You’ll be essential in helping Match Group achieve aggressive goals by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring talented and diverse employees for our growing teams across the US
• You will build trusting relationships with hiring managers, influencing and serving as an internal consultant to ensure their hiring needs are met
• You will actively source and network to identify candidates for both immediate openings and for future pipelining

We could be a match if:

• You have at least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on software-related roles and have worked in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• You embrace the "hunt" for hard-to-find skills have creative and effective sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, internet data mining, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn searches and engaging with online networking communities
• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to handle and prioritize multiple openings in an environment where business requirements tend to change quickly

What’s the Team like:

• This position is based in Dallas and reports to the Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition.
• We have a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least 1 day each week (Tuesday) and working from home the remainder of the week
• Our team is extremely collaborative, passionate about candidate experience, and proud of our Company’s mission (and we really like Dad jokes!)
• In this role, success is measured by your ability to fill jobs, think strategically, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and work autonomously across the recruiting lifecycle
