Our Trust & Safety Policy Team is dedicated to maintaining our Community Guidelines to help keep our members safe. They work diligently to understand user behaviors and build significant protections against the harmful activity.

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Policy Analyst to support our growing Policy Team. You will help us develop, maintain, and implement our Trust & Safety policies in this role. We are looking for someone with an analytic approach ready to delve into the minute details of user behavior and provide recommendations to ensure we are constantly improving. In this role, you will:

• Analyze existing policies and guidelines to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or conflicts.
• Conduct efficacy reviews to determine whether the policies are applied accurately.
• Identify and fill knowledge gaps.
• Support the development of new policies, including researching policy topics.
• Work with cross-functional partners to implement changes and handle feedback from operations teams.
• Be a subject matter authority in assigned policies.

We're looking for:

• 2-3 years of professional working experience in Trust & Safety.
• Experience in developing and/or improving content policies.
• Record of successful project management.
• Strong attention to detail, highly determined, and results-oriented.
• Consistent track record to use collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience working with, influencing, and negotiating with a broad array of collaborators.
• Organized and comprehensive communicator.
