The Opportunity:

We are looking for a high energy and motivated professional with sound business

acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our industry leading

FinTech marketing organization as a Business Development Representative. You will

gain experience interacting with prospects and clients of all levels in a variety of

industries, and across a broad geographical area.

The key to success in this role is your ability to build strong relationships across our

organization and with external clients. Because of the remote nature of our company,

you will need to be resourceful. We will provide all the training and support you need but

advocating for yourself and your needs is a critical skill when working remotely that we

hope you will embrace.

You will play a fundamental role in helping to disrupt the debt collection business and

achieving our ambitious client acquisition objectives. You will develop new inside sales

What You'll Do:

  • Qualify client prospects generated by marketing campaigns and activities for the organization through direct phone calls, emails and social media
  • Follow up with marketing qualified leads by connecting them to an Account Executive and scheduling discovery call meetings
  • Create a great first impression with our prospects and clients by providing them with a world class experience
  • Support demand generation campaigns by increasing interest in ebooks and webinars with personalized emails to increase campaign response rates
  • Generate demand by reaching out to key accounts and developing relationships with targeted educational offers that meet their needs
  • Uncover market insights and have a steady pulse on what prospects are saying, what they're struggling with and why they're looking at TrueAccord
  • Stay informed of current events in our target accounts and the industry at large in order to understand how TrueAccord services can best add value for prospective clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales or marketing is a plus)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to be in FinTech marketing
  • Prior inside sales experience a plus
  • Experience being held to metrics a plus
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
