Why TrueAccord?

TrueAccord is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human-based approach to transform debt resolution and to get people on the path towards financial health. About the Team and Role:

The Developer Productivity (DP) team is the team that is responsible for the DevOps re-alignment at TrueAccord. Initially tasked with the reorganization of TrueAccord’s Operations to remove itself from separate Operations and Development teams to a true DevOps embedded, cloud native Development organization. This means that we are the nexus of the existing operational layout at TA and the future or TA as an enterprise.

This results in us owning some of the shared resources that benefit all of TrueAccord; from AMIs to our shared CDK libraries and developing examples and templates that can be used by the entire engineering organization. This team is also responsible for the current infrastructure layout and maintenance, and empowering the engineering org to build best-of-breed cloud services.

Goal and Impact of Work:

Our goal is to impact the bottom line by making Engineers at TrueAccord more efficient, thus increasing their ability to deliver more for our business and our clients.
