We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Analyst to join our fast growing Financial Institutions Group in San Francisco to support the growth of our bank and credit union partnerships.

You'll be responsible for developing a best-in-class investor experience and supporting pre-close deal diligence & onboarding functions. You will assist with a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the sales team from first contact to signed contracts.

Along the way, you'll collaborate closely with various in-house talents across our Business, Operations, and Technology teams in managing B2B marketing, CRM, and key partner relationships. The ideal candidate will need to be an independent, high-achieving individual, able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment and own complex processes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the sales team including financial and operational diligence, CRM / Salesforce, lead acquisition, and relationship management
  • Manage the on-boarding of new investors including diligence and technical implementation
  • Provide inputs for proposals and large and complex RFP and RFI responses
  • Maintain and expand internal sales knowledge base and documentation of key processes
  • Spearhead content creation for outbound marketing efforts
  • Manage partner due diligence efforts and sales team support
  • Enable more personal and compelling selling experience

Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, B2B sales, or FinTech
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and a strong client service orientation
  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Pardot, Jira / Confluence preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients
  • Flexibility to prioritize, balance and respond to competing needs within a growing organization
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment and comfortable prioritizing critical issues
  • Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
