Responsibilities

  • Assist Audit Support leader with documenting, tracking, and reporting of audit and due diligence requests performed on UpgradePartner with internal stakeholders to coordinate the gathering of required documentation for audits and ensure completeness of responses
  • Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely response to audit requests and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with a variety of activities related to Audit Support including; calendar management, audit tracking, document gathering, and response quality review
  • Help establish and maintain a centralized document management system for audit response materials, standardized responses, and other Enterprise Risk functions
  • Assist with supporting annual SOC1, SOC2, and compliance audits performed by third parties on Upgrade
  • Fulfill requests from internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners for information and documents that relate to Upgrade’s risk management activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience at a financial services or technology firm
  • 2+ years of experience in audit, risk/compliance, or IT role
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical issues
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility towards problem solving
