Role

We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead our Product efforts for all of Operations. This role is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects and drive significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement key systems and platform enhancements for Upgrade across operational areas including verifications, servicing and customer support
  • Define and enhance agent workflows across Upgrade’s proprietary back-end tools and third party system integrations
  • Manage and prioritize roadmap for Operations system enhancements
  • Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across operational areas
  • Analyze the impact of product initiatives and define key metrics for success

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Expertise in Financial Services
  • Fluency with product development tools, SQL and back-office systems
  • Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration
  • Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
