Role

As a member of the Lifecycle Marketing team, you’ll deliver high impact solutions, strategize, execute and manage email programs that span the entire lifecycle. You’ll be a big part of our ESP migration, having the ability to improve our engagement and build our marketing engine. You’ll work cross functionally with- product, engineers, operations, and compliance to ensure our prospects and customers receive relevant and compelling email/push/sms marketing that drives our company forward..

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day email operations – including all transactional and marketing programs
  • Work with marketing and product to build campaigns based on segmentation, user behavior, or customer data
  • Utilize marketing automation advanced functionality to improve user engagement and increase conversions
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns through measurement and analysis, providing regular reporting
  • Build and design HTML templates

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience working with large data sets and identifying insights
  • Experience with customer lifecycle best practices
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation constructsComfortable with HTML
