Responsibilities

  • Identify key business controls and areas of risk in order to perform additional 2nd line testing
  • Define test objectives and design test plans that accomplish those objectives
  • Execute and manage testing methodology and plans, including determining populations, samples, required information and documentation, and creating test scripts
  • Perform second-line risk management testing on key business controls and operational effectiveness of the company’s primary business functions, including Capital Markets, Information Security, Marketing, Finance, Servicing and other functions
  • Validate effectiveness of business line testing
  • Grow and manage risk testing teamTrack resolution of testing findings and conduct post-remediation validation, as necessary

Requirements

  • 3+ years of risk management, testing, or audit experience
  • High level of proficiency with standard computer applications
  • Experience taking direction and ownership of very detailed processes
  • Solid project management, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating complex and sensitive issues to internal and external audiences in a clear and persuasive manner
