Role

We're looking for a Media Manager to help build in-house media capabilities for our rapidly growing brand. You’ll be responsible for supporting the media strategy and execution across our products, identifying opportunities for innovation, scale, and performance.

Reporting to SVP, Marketing, you’ll partner closely with our brand, acquisition, and product marketing teams as well as external agencies to ensure that the creative and media are working together to drive new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leadership on planning, negotiating, executing, and optimizing Upgrade’s media campaigns across TV/Video , radio/audio/podcasts, OOH, and experiential
  • Identify test-learn-scale opportunities with new and existing channels
  • Build integrated programs across products to reach and acquire our target consumer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional channel leads: performance digital (social media, programmatic, SEM), partnerships, direct mail, and lifecycle marketing
  • Partner with design and product teams on creating, testing, and measuring creative and funnel conversion across mediaManage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate media and creative performance and performance
  • Work closely with analytics to build automated reporting dashboards and attribution models across channels
  • Manage budget planning and forecasting

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in media planning strategy, planning, and buying—with deep experience in integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated knowledge on a variety of media channel capabilities, strengths, and attribution methodologies in efforts to drive greater measurable traffic, conversion, and awareness
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience with direct response-oriented clients preferredEntrepreneurial, detail oriented and flexible
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Experience driving cross-functional projectsPassionate about keeping up with media industry trends and innovations
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills
