Role

Join our Product Management team!

This role will lead product management for our Agile development team, which owns the Upgrade website and CMS and is the primary team supporting marketing, legal/compliance, InfoSec, and various other critical stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to manage bigger features and roadmap items end- to-end while also getting broad experience working across various product lines and teams at Upgrade on more ad-hoc items.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement key initiatives for Upgrade across multiple product lines, including Upgrade website
  • Define new products and features with specs, wireframes, and product flows
  • Work cross-functionally to define, develop, launch and scale our products
  • Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management or product analytics experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working in e-commerce, fintech or other scaling startup
  • Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics, and AB testing software
  • Experience with third-party APIs & solutions integration
  • Comfortable leading and resolving questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
