WHOOP is seeking a Product Manager (Enterprise Health) to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features across multiple software development teams. In this role, you will partner closely with engineers and designers to advance the WHOOP mission and empower our rapidly-growing user base to optimize their performance and achieve exceptional results.

As part of WHOOP’s Enterprise and Tech product group, you will be responsible for creating a vision, building systems and features, and ideating creative solutions on how to extend WHOOP’s reach to enterprise customers and inform our members about specific underlying medical conditions detected using state- of-the-art Machine Learning algorithms and Data Analytics. You will work alongside engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to craft and execute an aggressive roadmap. You will work closely with our Enterprise and Consumer sales and marketing teams and be responsible for creating new features that aid a large variety of situations and use-cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate ideation, development, and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile, web, and back-end infrastructure
• Gather customer needs and feedback through frequent research and testing
• Set a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for your team
• Perform engagement and retention analysis to inform, measure, and iterate on product development
• Synthesize research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements
• Collaborate with designers to create and validate solutions to customer needs
• Drive your team to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of product releases

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years building and scaling digital products
• Experience working with software products across mobile and web
• Proven track record of identifying customer and business needs and converting them into application and operational requirements
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Passion for the fitness and wellness space
• Experience working with medical device software, IEC 62304, or other regulatory organizations is highly desirable

** This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.**
