What we are looking for:
The Demand Generation Manager at Wise Systems is a strategic and analytical
role responsible for designing and implementing the programs that drive the
company’s success in the marketplace. Working at the core of the marketing
team, this domain expert will develop and execute segment-specific, multi-
channel programs for filling pipeline.
In partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership, this marketing leader will
bring a creative and thoughtful approach to their role, proactively developing
content themes cross departmentally and programs for multiple marketing
channels and audiences and ensuring excellent execution across the Marketing
and Sales teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to develop and manage
multiple projects, from inception to final delivery, and report on performance
across the team to ensure the timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- Devise strategies and programs to engage strategic and mid-market prospects across multiple industries and titles
- Build segment-specific programs to bring prospects through a buyers journey from target, aware to consideration for Wise Systems’ solutions
- Choreograph program deliverables, managing cross-team dependencies and deliverables, to make sure that all elements are built/delivered on time and on plan
- Create comprehensive content program, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and other assets, to drive all marketing programs
- Train and enable sales teams including Account Reps and Business Development Reps on messaging and how to execute multi-channel programming in timely manner
- Reporting and analyzing program conversions, content performance and providing recommendations based on industry best practice quarter by quarter
Role Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to understand program pipeline influence with previous programs examples from conception to execution including 1:many, 1:few and 1:1 (ABM) program plays
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multi-channel marketing programs
- Excellent program management and organizational skills, including the ability to take projects from inception to completion on plan and on budget
- Strong communication skills in all formats -- in-person, written and presentations and experience translating complex concepts into compelling written, visual and social assets
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams to drive results in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong analytical abilities, an attention to detail, and an overall can-do attitude
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft and other tools is a strong plus
- 3-5 years of enterprise marketing experience; strong preference for SaaS experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
