What we are looking for:
The Wise Systems team is looking to add an experienced senior front-end software engineer who is inspired by the opportunity to make a strong impact at our organization while building their skills. We are looking for someone who is adept at designing and developing front-end applications, and has experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
The position will involve advancing front-end development at Wise Systems and building cutting-edge user experiences for our customers. In this role, you will support existing users who rely on our web application daily to conduct business-critical functions,consistently considering performance, resiliency, and user-experience when balancing tradeoffs. You will strive to understand varied customer needs and performance requirements, and partner with engineers and teams across the tech stack to develop robust, highly usable applications. An important part of this role is collaborating closely with the design team to create beautiful, practical, delightful user experiences.
In addition, a key aspect of this role is mentorship of our talented next generation of engineers. With a diverse team striving to take on the industry giants, there are ample growth opportunities at all levels, and our ideal candidate will participate in these efforts.
