**What we are looking for: **

Wise Systems is looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Manager who will lead high-priority financial projects to drive rapid growth, guide Wise Systems strategy and create long term value. The Strategic Finance Senior Manager will have the chance to own critical work streams from start to finish, collaborate closely with Wise Systems leadership team and work cross-functionally with our sales, product, engineering, customer value and operations teams to manage risks and identify opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the company’s financial forecast models.
• Update forecasts on a quarterly basisWork cross-functionally with senior leadership to provide input on management reporting needs, leading ways to better understand our actuals, and ensure alignment between financials, strategy, and execution.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to help uncover growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, or ways to further mitigate risksInterpret key operational performance indicators, growth trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Conduct periodic variance analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures.
• Develop corporate memoranda (financial position, key business metrics, market trends, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 4+ years working in corporate finance/development, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or other strategic finance role at a SaaS company
• Ability to think and be proactive and thrive in an often ambiguous work environment while maintaining high standards of work quality
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• High verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate directly with senior leadership
