We are currently looking for an ambitious passionate HR Business Partner (m/f/x) for our office in Ottobrunn (Munich), someone to drive the right people acquisition, orientation, engagement and offboarding as well as employer branding. Direct reporting to HR Manager Europe.
Proactively execute the confirmed hiring plan and replacing needs;
Attentively provide high-quality people onboarding and offboarding;
Participate in employer branding activities in close collaboration with a marketing team;
Manage engagement surveys, engagement projects, and people development projects.
Has a successful track record of full-cycle recruitment on the international market (including on- and offboarding);
Is people- and result-oriented;
Is able to work in a very high speed and high quality manner;
Has an understanding of manufacturing industry specifics (is a plus);
Has full working proficiency in English;
Has experience in internal surveys launching and market research;
Is an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
