Manager, Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards
As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to lead compensation and benefits as an integral part of our Talent Operations team and have an impact on all employees across the company. The person in this role must have superb organizational skills, well-developed project management skills and keen attention to detail.

Compensation
•Reviews all incentive payments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring that all required approvals have been obtained.
•Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
•Develop creative compensation solutions that are designed around corporate objectives and informed by market trends.
•Manage direct compensation programs (base, incentive, commissions, equity).
•Serve as the SME, trusted partner, and advisor on all compensation related matters including equity and sales compensation and commission.
•Oversee the participation in compensation surveys, monitor survey data and create benchmarking models to illustrate trends and ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
•Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation and regularly analyze our market position on jobs.
**Benefits **
•Coordinates with insurance brokers as appropriate to research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value.
•Oversees ongoing benefits communication and drives benefit related events (ex. open enrollment, health fairs, employee wellness).
Total Rewards
•Collaborate with Xometry leadership to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive and meet business needs.
•Identify, recommend, plan and implement new or modified benefits programs and employee rewards that are aligned with supporting the company strategy and culture.
•Projects may include annual merit and bonus processes, global pay range and geographic differential pay review, benefits harmonization initiatives, and compensation and benefit tool selection/development/implementation.
Requirements
•Minimum of 7 years of relevant and progressive experience in compensation preferred.
•Excellent written and communication skills.
•Applicable experience with high growth entrepreneurial companies.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with all levels of employees in the organization.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
•BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
