**About the Team: **

The Finance team is primarily focused on providing operational support, financial preparation and reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to help the overall growth of the business.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Europe Finance Manager, to assist and help manage the daily financial operations of the company. The right candidate should be an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a keen interest in Finance and seeking to develop their accounting career.

Responsibilities:

• Support operations as needed with customer settlements, reconciliations and ad/hoc tasks
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable tasks for Europe
• Handle customer service queries
• Assist with banking relationship, including on-boarding
• Handle and manage Dublin payroll
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements :

• Diploma in Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years previous work experience in a Finance position
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel
• Excellent command of verbal, written and interpersonal communication in English
• Flexible working hours

Nice to haves:

• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange
• Curious about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
• Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
