About the Opportunity

As the Product Manager for Onboarding & Security, you will build and improve OKCoin’s onboarding and security systems that allows customers to gain access to a wide array of crypto assets while having a seamless onboarding process. The scope of this role includes integrations with third party vendors, designing new onboarding & security flows customized for specific products, monitoring the data from our security & onboarding processes. You will be designing and building onboarding and security services from foundational services to public APIs. You’ll be joining our growing product team to help define the future of our company and product. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop features and capabilities to facilitate seamless onboarding with the best security practices on OKCoin
  • Work with cross-functional team to translate business requirements into technical ones and communicate with the engineering teams to ensure execution within defined timelines
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers and product managers to develop detailed product specifications
  • Plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the market
  • Drive global product launches and lead beta programs
  • Stay informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners and best practices in the industry
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical and business related implementation problems in real-time, and assign to other team members or escalate when it is appropriate
  • Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration
  • Drive part of the onboarding experience of the platform focusing on drive global growth while deeply understanding technical requirements
  • Stay informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners

What We Look For In You:

  • BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
  • Prior product leadership experience with a track record of managing all technical aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Ability to understand technical requirements related to identity verification, fraud prevention and AML
  • Ability to work cross-culturally with other team members around the world
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Sales
  • Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs
  • Previous experience designing infrastructure to have an scalable product according to the company goals
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Goal oriented person with passion for delivering results

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience developing products in cryptocurrency or financial services
  • Experience working with fraud, security and compliance risk management
  • Experience with Identity, KYC/AML, and regulatory technology third parties
  • Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
