About the Role

Orchard is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team that is transforming the way customers buy and sell their homes for the better. The right candidate will have a keen eye for problem solving, reporting, commissions, and prioritization with the ability to be highly organized in a fast paced environment. This candidate should display strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the capacity to collaborate cross-functionally to hit critical deadlines. As the Sales Operations Manager you will play a key role in helping both the inside sales and brokerage organizations identify problems and find the solutions they need to be successful.

What you’ll do here:

  • Own and evolve the commissions payout process for all sales teams
  • Manage and own all sales reporting, including scoping of builds, troubleshooting, and tracking active tickets with the reporting team
  • Stay connected to new initiatives to measure success and areas of opportunity for the senior leadership team
  • Coordinate with product and operation teams to help ensure solutions are trackable and simple to quantify

This is a full-time, salaried role that will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations, Zach Nienow.

Who You Are: 

  • Experience in building reporting solutions for both frontline sales & executive leadership (Looker and/or Salesforce experience is a plus) 
  • Highly organized and able to keep up with multiple ongoing initiatives
  • An effective business partner who can confidently prioritize and communicate
  • Scrappy: able to come up with a solution that gets the job done today
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and other sales tools to effectively troubleshoot issues that may arise
