Position Overview:
** ** As a member of the Sales team, this individual will be a key player in
launching new Tablo programs while also growing / developing existing Tablo
Programs by selling expansion consoles and prospecting new greenfield Tablo
programs with the capital team. The National Account Manager will be
responsible for aligning clinical, training, field engineering, and various
implementation resources within his/her region. He/She will work with the
Sales Leadership to build quarterly plans to meet and exceed Outset Medical’s
goals for both consoles and treatment revenue. The National Account Manager
will also build on the success in Acute hospitals by driving a strategy for
large hospital IDN’s to transfer their attention to the Home market.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the appropriate training resources available for market launch
- Works with the clinical management team to align representation for successful training, program implementation, and growth
- Maintains consistent communication with large corporate customers and ensures that customer expectations are met while continuing to achieve Outset Medical’s revenue goals
- Develop a system for reproducible program implementations with assigned corporate customers
- Create a strategy for continuous process improvement to take new program implementations from launch to maturity
- Work closely with training, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure proper allocation of training support and to develop a strategy to drive utilization of Tablo systems
- Measure training effectiveness and implement enhancements as necessary
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work cross departmentally and with external parties to achieve training goals
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage training projects and initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ambition and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence teammates on activities specific to national accounts
- Adaptability in bringing results while in a highly structured process environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Documented record of delivering sales/training/marketing information, which adds value to management’s decision-making process
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and relevant applications
