A Service Operations Coordinator , reporting to the Manager of Service Operations, will be responsible for the coordination of activities including installation, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of the Tablo Dialysis System.
The Service Operations Coordinator will work directly with Field Service Engineers to support all field activities such as customer repair activities, spare part requirements, tools and equipment assignment and calibration, as well as, internal communication with Engineering and Manufacturing. The Coordinator will additionally provide support to the Services team on product demonstrations as necessary. The Coordinator will also be responsible for all Services personnel on-boarding activities. The Coordinator will be responsible to review and audit repair documentation to ensure adherence to Outset’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
