About This Role:
Our expansion plans are ambitious and exciting, and we’re looking for a Marketing Director to join our Pacaso team in Europe as we scale our business and rapidly expand into new markets across Europe & the UK. Pacaso is seeking a customer-obsessed Marketeer who will be responsible for the company’s demand generation funnel. This person will build, coordinate, and manage ongoing optimization of manual and automated marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
The Marketing Director will own lead generation and nurture campaigns across a multi-channel platform. This individual should be confident in their skills to optimize existing programs as well as be innovative regarding the creation of new campaign opportunities. Program success is driven by striking the balance between delivering extremely relevant, useful messages and also driving key business KPI’s and engagement metrics.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, combining analytical mind and creative capabilities. This person will work closely with our Revenue team, in ensuring funnel conversions while maintaining our high standard for customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of the Europe team within a fast growing rocket ship with a seasoned crew of successful leaders with a track record of success building large real estate and technology companies. In addition to managing demand generation, this role includes cross-functional people leadership. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and capable manager, able to both manage a team and manage up to senior leadership.
