**About this Role: **

We are looking for a Property Accounting Manager to join our Accounting team and own the full cycle accounting function for a portfolio of single family homes. This person will oversee and participate in the month-end close process, ensuring all journal entries, account analyses, and reconciliations are completed and reviewed on a monthly basis and are in compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP and multi- member LLC knowledge and the ability to prepare and analyze detailed financial statements in a fast paced environment.

**What You'll Do: **

• Oversee and participate in the month-end close process, ensuring all journal entries, account analyses, and reconciliations are completed and reviewed on a monthly basis and are in compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
• Participate in monthly meetings to review financial statements with Asset Management
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy in multiple entities (multi-member LLCs)
• Manage and provide the information to third-party tax preparers to complete Partnership tax returns for multi-member LLCs (Form 1065 and K-1)

**About You: **

• Strong GAAP and multi-member LLC knowledge and understanding
• Ability to prepare and analyze detailed financial statements and information
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proactive communicator who can coordinate with team members, external tax preparers, etc.
• Strong organizational skills
• CPA preferred
• Experience with Net Suite is preferred
